Over the past ten years, impact entrepreneurship has emerged as a driving force in addressing structural inequalities and climate challenges in emerging economies. The regions facing the greatest vulnerabilities to multiple crises often receive only a fraction of the global attention and investment required to address their challenges.In this kick-off virtual event as we reflect on some of key takeaways from COP29, and as Brazil hands over the presidency of G20 to South Africa, academics, social scientists and impact entrepreneurs reflect on what has happened to impact entrepreneurship in the past decade in the emerging economies.
