I am Director HR and facilities management at The Commonwealth secretariat, a certified director, and an impact entrepreneur with over 27 years of diverse experience in public, corporate, and development sectors. I have a passion for digital transformation, gender diversity, and social impact, and I use my skills and expertise in HR, governance, sustainability, and public financial management to enable organizations to achieve their strategic goals and objectives.In my current role,

I oversee the implementation of best practices and policies in HR and organizational development, structures and leading the digital and cultural transformation for enhancing performance and efficiency . I have also been involved in various national and international initiatives, such as the restructuring of the National Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (NEECA), the mentoring of women entrepreneurs in Myanmar, and the governance of the Pakistan Cricket Board. I am an author of two books, a keynote speaker, a member of several professional and voluntary associations, and a visionary leader who is driven by the mission of creating a positive impact in the society and the environment.
